My Current Routine: Gym, Food, Mindset – A Real-Life Update

 It’s taken some tweaking, but I’ve found a routine that finally feels sustainable. Here’s exactly how my current fitness and wellness routine looks:

Gym Routine:

  • 3–4 gym sessions per week, around 30-45 minutes each.

  • A mix of cardio, basic strength training, and stretching.

  • Rest days every few days—essential for recovery and motivation.

Eating Habits:

  • More protein-focused meals (eggs, chicken, beans).

  • Hydration has become crucial—I aim for at least 2 liters daily.

  • Still enjoying snacks, but choosing smarter, nourishing options more often.

Mindset Approach:

  • Celebrating small victories to keep morale high.

  • Allowing flexibility—missing a workout isn’t a failure.

  • Regularly journaling how I feel post-workout to keep track of mental and physical progress.

This balanced approach keeps fitness enjoyable—not stressful.
