 Hey! I'm Moe — welcome to Wellness by Moe 🌿

A few years ago, I was stuck in a cycle of burnout, binge eating, and constantly feeling like I wasn’t doing “enough” to be healthy. I thought wellness had to be perfect — like waking up at 5AM, running 10 miles, and eating kale 24/7.

Spoiler: I couldn’t keep up.

Then something changed.
I stopped trying to be perfect — and just started doing better. Slowly. Gently. Lazily, even.

Over time, I lost 108 pounds, found peace with my body, and built a version of wellness that actually works for real life.

Wellness by Moe is where I share all of it — the habits, routines, setbacks, lessons, and unfiltered moments from my own journey.
