My Go-To Lazy Home Workout for Days I Don’t Want to Go Out
Some days, I just don’t want to leave the house.
But I still want to move — just enough to feel good.
Here’s my lazy-but-effective home routine I do in 10–15 minutes max:
Warm-Up (2 minutes)

March in place
-
Arm circles
-
Deep breaths
Main (2 rounds – rest as needed)

15 bodyweight squats
-
10 wall pushups
-
30-second plank
-
15 glute bridges
-
30 jumping jacks (or step taps)
Cool Down
-
Stretch + shake it out
-
Drink water
-
Feel proud
No equipment. No pressure. Just movement
